Terms of Service — Wanderlust Weaver

Welcome to Wanderlust Weaver ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wanderlust Weaver website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Wanderlust Weaver. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You can change your password and sign out of all devices from the Account page.

3. AI-generated itineraries — important disclaimer

Itineraries, packing lists, climate widgets, and other suggestions on Wanderlust Weaver are generated by large language models and third-party data providers. They are intended as inspiration and a planning aid, not as professional travel, safety, medical, legal, visa, or financial advice.

Always verify opening hours, prices, transport schedules, border requirements, vaccination needs, and local laws and safety conditions with official sources before you travel. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit;
attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or the underlying models;
use the Service to build a competing AI product;
upload content you do not have the rights to share, including copyrighted images;
interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or rate limits.

5. Paid plans, credits, and billing

Some features (additional generations, day-tweak edits, premium trip bundles) require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time bundle credits are non-refundable once spent. For other refund requests, contact us within 14 days of purchase via the Contact page — we review each request individually.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of trips, comments, and other content you create. By saving content to the Service you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service (including sharing it with collaborators you invite or making it visible if you mark a trip as public).

7. Service availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Where reasonable, we will notify you of material changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderlust Weaver and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or travel arrangements arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50 — whichever is greater.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wanderlust Weaver is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
